When you go to eat a pear do you eat the small skinny piece at the top? Or do you bite into the big round juicy part at the bottom? Bottom..always!
I am a pear shape, i have a booty, childbearing hips, badonkadonk of epic proportions (okay perhaps a little too far). I think women need curves either up or down and if you didn't get either i am sorry. I have spent the majority of my fitness life hammering the heck out of my glutes with weights, plyo, tabata, cardio intervals, equalizer, bosu, swiss ball and many other fitness techniques.
Celebrate your body any shape and size and if you have a round bottom embrace it.
