Day 18
This past week i turned 39 years old. To me it is like sitting on the knife blade of middle age. Definitely don't want to go back in time to years of not knowing how awesome my body truly was. Definitely don't want to go forward to keep on denying the inevitable saggy skin that eventually will droop over my kneecaps. So if it is okay with everyone i would like to sit perfectly still atop the blade and stop time as we know it.
I have worked extremely hard this past week and i am so close to my goal. I did have a smaller goal in mind when i started and that was to get to 140 lbs, which was the weight i was at when my niece moved in and it was the weight i had maintained for years. Happy to report this morning i am there. God it feels good to follow through with something and have it come to fruition.
I am on the homestretch now and i know in my heart i will get there.
