Day 3 and I am grouchy. There have been some things going on in my family life that have really ticked me off. The people and what happened are not the problem, it's me, it's how i reacted to the situation, it's how i always have reacted. I am strong, but in the presence of certain people i fold like a deck of cards. This plays on the mind and the mind says cookies will make you feel better.
I am not the person to give in to cravings...especially if I have set a goal out before me. This time i did not and it has been a long week of dealing with the situation. So today i am proud of myself. I am down nearly 4 lbs in 3 days. This has come with "stripped" down food and exercising like i used to; 5 to 6 days a week. The human body does not need a lot to exist,the human mind has a lot of us convinced that we do.
Weight 9:00a.m. - 144.2lbs
Breakfast: oatmeal, 1/2 nectarine, 7 almonds, black tea.
Lunch: sweet potato, steamed shrimp
Snack 1: greek yogurt
Snack 2: protein powder (2 scoops), 1/2 c strawberries, ice, water. (blended)
WORKOUT:
3O minutes cardio
