DAY 6.
So yes, I am not one of those lucky girls (like my well endowed sister in law), who loses weight and gets to keep her bosom. She gets to have "tissue" and I get to have "fat cells". This means the more weight I lose the smaller "they" get. Whatever, I have NEVER hated my body and I don't intend to start now. I don't see the point of hating what you were born with. Just get off your ass and take the first step to having "your" best body. Any "body" to me is sexy, as long as it is tight, toned and strong.
Taking the first step is not always about food and exercise. I say the first step is "get happy". I strongly believe you will never break the cycle of an unfit/unhealthy lifestyle if you are unhappy. Strengthen the muscles of your mind first, deal with your problems, seek help, and then go forth into the wonderful world of fitness and nutrition.
Weight: 141.8 lbs (6.5lbs lost)
Weigh in Time: 8:00 a.m.
Breakfast: oatmeal, scant handful of cashews, 1/2 tbsp coconut, black tea
Midmorning snack: green apple, 1/2 handful walnuts
Lunch: Chicken breast, cucumber, green tea
Mid afternoon snack: 2 scoops protein powder, 1/2tbsp hemp protein, strawberry, pineapple, water (blended)
